This is what I typed (FALSE) So, we are getting our phpfox sites back without us lmfao but no, he doesnt give them back cause our friends get this email from him – hes kept the site himself!! He was NEVER going to give these sites back esp when one of them gave him access to over 900 military people. No way.
This is what he typed (TRUTH) Their host NEVER made any attempt to move the sites, and under the TERMS OF SERVICE between my hosting company AND my web design company and them, I HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO REPOSESS THE SITES IN QUESTION FOR LACK OF PAYMENT FOR DESIGN SERVICES AND HOSTING SERVICES.

I fixed the error. You have a $36.00 USD credit in your hosting account now. That was an invoicing error because of this new billing system. Hopefully this won’t happen again. I’ll watch it at the next billing cycle.
**Interesting so NOT only did I pay for hosting until August BUT I also have September covered!! This is all from emails that she got – which shows that there is STILL hosting till September of this year.

Sorry, but I still see no viable evidence there. It is very easy for people with the proper software to alter screen shots to their liking. All I ask is you STOP the slander, libelous comments, bad mouthing my businesses and just leave me well enough alone. I must also warn you that if this does continue, my lawyers are authorized to act on my and my company’s behalf and shut you down.

I just tried logging in to MilPlace.com, and my log-in didn’t work ! I guess my profile has been deleted for some reason !!!!!!!!!!! I must admit, I haven’t logged on for a long time, due o family and health issues, however I never expected to lose my profile.
After reading your posts re: Marc, I was absolutely shattered ! Why would anyone want to do this to you ? I’m really sorry you got “shafted” by someone you thought you could trust !

he took our database and started his own site with our name but using the .org addy.

I have typed this up on quite a few different sites that i am a member of. If you can get ripped off by someone who you have been internet family with for 6 years, this person cannot be trusted with anyones sites.

He own no servers, he bought a reseller account for $18/m and that resell account charging more than 100% on what he invested: He know how to make business but charging too much for 1, 2 and 5 gb of space is absurd.

He think to be a great hosting but his SSL certificate (when you want to sell hosting, SSL is a must) was revoked.

That can mean that the SSL was issued for a non trustable person, that the SSL was for another company, that the SSL was revoked by the owner (and the question is… why? You loose the money you paid for it) but I don’t know the reasons but it’s likely a “trust” matter…
Take everything easy, he’s going to disappear soon especially living a life full of lies.
